Approach

The drawing is the standard. The field has to match it.

Precision is not a slogan we put on a vest. It is layout, tolerances, finishes, schedules, and the paperwork a GC can hand an owner.

    Drawings

We read them before we price them. Conflicts in layout, tolerance, and finish get raised while they are still lines on a page.

  2. 02

    Preparation

Selective demolition and a clean start. In an occupied building, the building stays usable.

  3. 03

    Framing

The bones of the interior. Straight lines, correct backing, and a frame that can be checked before it disappears.

  4. 04

    Finishes

Drywall, plaster, concrete, and coatings. Texture, light, and color. This is where the space becomes the domaine.

On the job

Submittals go in before the work is covered. We coordinate with the trades next to us. The punch list is supposed to be short.

We just get it done.
